A new steakhouse with an Asian-inspired twist has opened at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, blending premium surf-and-turf with vibrant Southeast Asian flavours.
The menu features dry-aged steaks from Australia, Argentina, Japan and the US seared on a Spanish Josper grill. Specials include Sichuan-spice-crusted sirloin and rojak-glazed rib-eye.
