It’s been less than a year since Giorgio Armani’s passing, so it seems only fitting that Armani Casa’s Origins collection pay tribute to the designer’s most iconic pieces alongside their modern editions, as well as the style of his private residences. At the Milanese flagship store, guests can discover treasures like the new floor-standing version of the Logo table lamp – the first product that Armani designed for the brand’s homeware line – and the art deco-inspired Borgonuovo game table, named for his Milan address.

Looking to bring some unexpected charm to your tablescape? Astier de Villatte and “New York’s king of découpage” John Derian are celebrating the 15th anniversary of their first collaboration with 100 new homeware pieces, from elegant plates and dishes to vases. The collection is long on whimsy, juxtaposing surprising natural elements and sometimes adding even more incongruous everyday objects.

Lamps – perhaps one of the most crucial but overlooked fixtures in interior design – are at the heart of this year’s collaboration between Dior and Noé Duchaufour-Lawrance. The award-winning designer has created a series of finely crafted Corolle lamps inspired by the spirit of Monsieur Dior’s famous New Look collection, presented in 1947. A number, for instance, are woven from madake bamboo fibre to evoke the maison’s heritage Cannage motif.
