Japanese sushi legend Jiro Ono is the world’s oldest head chef to win three Michelin stars, racking up the honours within the past decade. The centenarian has served world dignitaries, including former US President Barack Obama. Despite his achievements and reaching the age of 100, Ono says he is not ready to retire just yet.
