After more than two years of pandemic-era restrictions on travel and mass gatherings, life is starting to return to normal, as some Asia-Pacific countries drop their Covid-19 restrictions. From Japan to New Zealand, airports were welcoming travellers once again. In Indonesia, Muslims celebrating the Eid ul-Fitr holiday were able to attend mass prayers for the first time in two years.
