After serving 15 years for attempted murder, Cambodia-born American permanent resident Pheap Rom was expecting to be deported to Cambodia. Instead, under a secretive Trump third-country deal, he was flown to the African nation of eSwatini, along with around 20 other men. Now in Cambodia, a country he left at age three, Rom speaks out about his ordeal and his plan to start over.
