Thailand’s cabinet has approved the cancellation of a 60-day visa-free entry scheme for tourists from 93 countries and territories. Authorities announced the change to national visa exemption policies on May 19, 2026. The new regulations will go into effect 15 days after publication in the Royal Gazette.
