Chinese researchers climb Mount Everest to install weather stations on world’s tallest peak

A team of 14 researchers and mountaineers has scaled the world’s tallest mountain, Everest, or Qomolangma, as it’s known in China, to install new weather-monitoring equipment that will provide valuable data about high-altitude meteorological conditions.
