Severe flooding and landslides in China leave at least 22 dead, 20 missing

Heavy rains across central and southwestern China have left at least 22 people dead and 20 others missing. Several days of record-breaking downpours have forced the evacuation of nearly 24,000 residents in the hardest-hit regions, including Hunan, Guangxi, Guizhou and Hubei provinces.
