Serving Cart Noodles since the 80s: Michelin-recommended noodle shop in Hong Kong

The fifth stop in our Michelin-recommended street food series: Colourful Noodles, a humble noodle shop hidden in a small street in Tsuen Wan. Since the 1980s, its owners Mr and Mrs So have been serving noodles, first on carts along the streets of San Po Kong, before relocating their family business to the New Territories in the early 1990s.
