Hong Kong celebrity crocodile Pui Pui marks 10 years at Wetland Park

Pui Pui, the 16-year-old female crocodile first spotted in Yuen Long in 2003, has spent almost a decade in her enclosure at Hong Kong Wetland Park, where she has grown about a metre and piled on 54 kilograms. Pui Pui means "precious one" and is a reference to the Shan Pui River, where the crocodile was on the loose.

Saltwater crocodiles can live up to 70 years old.
