Coco Lee remembered as hundreds of mourners pay tribute at Hong Kong memorial for late pop star

Hong Kong fans bid farewell to Hong Kong-American singer Coco Lee at a local memorial on July 21, 2023.  The Hong Kong-born singer died at the age of 48 on July 5, 2023, after battling depression. During her 30-year career, Lee released more than 15 albums and became the first Chinese singer to perform at the Oscars in 2001.
