Hong Kong police have arrested two drivers on suspicion of dangerous driving after a viral video showed two trucks racing and cutting across lanes in the Central Kowloon Bypass tunnel on May 8, 2026. Officials said a 48-year-old non-Chinese male and a 51-year-old local man were arrested on May 10 at the city’s Tsing Yi and Lok Ma Chau checkpoints, respectively.
