Chinese entrepreneur breathes new life into rural mountain village with his tofu business

In 2016, Luo Zhaoliu left a well-paying job as chief engineer at an electric car component company in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen to return to his home village in the eastern province of Jiangxi. In the rural mountain community, he started a fermented tofu business that has given his hometown a new lease on life.
