Local guide Angel Lau plans her tours around aspects of Hong Kong that are slowly fading away. She says that these tours offer an authentic travel experience, which she compares to the style made famous by the late chef, author and TV personality Anthony Bourdain. Lau invited Post reporter Connor Mycroft along for a six-hour tour starting in North Point to hunt for some of the city’s vanishing and often hidden gems.
