Chinese National Games officially open as Hong Kong clinches gold in cycling, sailing events

A spectacular ceremony in Guangzhou on November 9, 2025, marked the opening of the National Games that promises to fuel China’s sporting ambitions and act as a catalyst for further development of the Greater Bay Area.
