Prince Andrew has been stripped of his titles; here are others who have lost their royal titles

Prince Andrew has been stripped of his royal status by Britain’s King Charles, after being dogged for years over his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The unceremonious loss of Andrew’s titles and royal residence was announced by Buckingham Palace on October 30, 2025. He will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. He joins members of other royal families around the world who have been forced to or voluntarily given up their titles.
