Japanese start-up company Space One aborts Kairos satellite flight after lift-off

Japanese start-up company Space One aborted its flight just after lift-off on March 5, 2026. It marks the company’s third consecutive satellite launch failure. Its Kairos space rocket was intentionally terminated mid-flight after the company decided it could not launch the satellites it was carrying successfully.
